Yoel IS SO RIGHT! People are so concerned about blood in their meat. The red liquid that comes out of your meat IS NOT HEMOGLOBIN (blood). It is actually called Myoglobin which is the damaged cellular structure juices of the flesh/muscle.
The blood referred to in scripture its telling you to not eat/drink is HEMOGLOBIN. Huge difference!
The HEMOGLOBIN is poured out during slaughter. You will never get rid of all of the MYOGLOBIN in the muscle of the meat. Feel free to eat your steaks medium rare if you want.
