Some timeout.

February 10, 2011

I just wanted to let all my readers know that I’m taking a blog break. I don’t know how long for…all I know is that I’ll be gone for awhile, and I wanted to let you know…in case you were hanging out for a blog post from me LOL!

My studies start again in a week or so. In order to manage all my responsibilities this year I need to be wise with my time. My blog is something that isn’t really essential, and so I have made the decision to leave it alone for the time being. I will still be reading your blogs! and sometimes I even hope to comment! and I’ll be lurking around facebook if you happen to be on there, too.

I have so enjoyed my blog over the last few years. It has been a wonderful place to meet other likeminded people and get to know you all, to share our Torah and homeschooling journey, and to nut things out as we learn.

Thankyou all for your friendship, thank you to those of you who listen to and support Truth2u, and thankyou Abba for all You have taught me and how you have caused me to grow through The Home Truth.

love and blessings,

Christine

  1. Christine….
I wanted you to know I understand…and that you will be missed. I truly value our ‘knowing’ time and will continue to pray about you and the family. I have not sent the kefir grains yet – because of your ‘move’ and all, but I will send an email when I get them ready to go….and the funds are there. Shalom my sister and thank you, Many Blessings and MUCH Love!

What do you mean? How will I cope? I’m sure you could squeeze a bit of time in if you cut down on your sleeping hours, have shorter showers … mm I see what you mean :) Trust you enjoy your studies and experience YHWH’s shalom and favour!

  5. Sweet Christine,
I understand, and I am thankful example you are setting. May your studies be fruitful, and we will all be here when you return. Do keep in touch as you can… Much love, dear one!

  6. I am so thankful for the season of blogging you had; it led me to investigate Torah for myself!
But I also know seasons don’t last forever and you are doing the right thing to prioritise and set apart time for the right things during this present season.
So glad we will still get to see you though! Phew!
Love to you mate as you prepare for your year of studies ahead,
