I’ve heard from more than one source that the Septuagint is a more accurate than the Masoretic Text. I’ve heard that this is because the translation occurred prior to the council of Jamnia, where the Hebrew text lost some of its accuracy. If any of this is true, it might be possible that the LXX translators weren’t looking at ‘dibarti’ when they made the translation.
In any case, I found ‘taxis’ to be a more reasonable in its context than ‘my word’ and the other alternatives. After all, DBR has many meanings and context decides it all.
