Tovia Singer – What’s With Satan in Zechariah 3 ?

Then he showed me Joshua the high priest standing before the messenger of Yehovah, and the satan standing at his right hand to oppose him. And Yehovah said to the satan, “Yehovah rebuke you!” – Zechariah 3:1-2

As a Part 2 to the Satanic Verses with Jono & Jason, Tovia Singer offers a compelling explaination of Zechariah chapter 3.

Do the words say the filthy garments should be taken off or can the words mean that Yehovah is going to cover the filthy clothes?

Wondering about something Rabbi Singer mentioned: It was a DIRTY act for Yehoshua’s son to intermarry. Is intermarriage a sin when the women don’t convert? Because men were allowed to take foreign women after battle and it was allowed. Solomon took many foreign women and for his children to stay Jewish they would have had to convert according to Judaism. So, is the difference in intermarriage being ok and not ok only when the woman converts or not? Not clear on this one.
