Wow tthanks for the clarity on Divorce. I always wondered about this because of the prophetic place of Ephraim. It makes no sense that Yah would devorse Ephraim and exile them amongst all the nations to be absorbed, somewhat, if He hated divorce. I am very thankful that He loves restoration and that Ephraim will be brought back from the corners of the earth! Thanks gentlemen this teaching clarifies beautifully!

I want to make a comment about the command of not mixing linen and wool together. Research has shown that both Linen and wool have a very high frequency that causes healing and other healthy aspects for the body. However, if the two are mixed together they cancel each other out and the healing and health components of the two fabrics are destroyed. So that may very well be why we are commanded not to mix them together, just a thought. Cotton on the other hand has a very low frequency for health to the body.

I have recently been watching a friend struggle with guilt over whether or not to leave an abusive marriage because she has always been taught divorce is only acceptable if adultery occurred. you said you had no idea why the command is given concerning the mixing of the wool and the flax or cotton. scientific studies have shown that mixing an animal (particularly wool) and a plant fiber cause harm….that the mixing is literally unhealthy. Frequencies in pure flax are quite high. Also, even mixing plant or animal fibers in the dryer cause static electricity. …modern science finally catches up with our ancient torah
and thank you also for touching on the subject of divorce, yes a more detailed and indepth study on that would be good.

I am divorced because of infidelity (husband) and have wondered if I have the “right” to re-marry. My brother says I’ll be in sin and will suffer calamity if I do. Yet others interpret it as I may. I have given it to Yah and so far, 10 years later, I’m still single. As much as I enjoyed being married I would rather wait for a like-minded partner if it is in His plans for me. This was an extremely interesting program, thank you guys for clarifying so many of these commands that have been misunderstood in various religions.The discussion on the 10th generation and mamzer was eye-opening. RE: linen and wool together – the following information can be found a the website listed at the end
Nobel prize winning Dr. Otto Heinrich Warburg identified signature frequency numbers of the average human at 70-90. All results with numbers less than 50 were identified as the signature frequency of chronic disease. Any number less than a 15 frequency was identified with those having been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness, such as cancer. The signature frequency measurement of linen fabric measures 5,000!
How do other fabrics compare? Plant fibers like cotton and hemp are not healing materials when measuring their signature energy output. Standard bleached and colored cotton measures only 40 units of energy. Organic, unbleached cotton measures 100 units of energy, which is considered normal, but not a healing fiber. Silk fabric only measures 10 units of energy, which would fail to support health in the human body. Rayon measures at a 15 signature frequency. Polyester, acrylic, spandex, lycra, viscose and nylon measure zero. Pure wool measures 5,000 units of energy – same as linen, but I find wool irritating to my sensitive skin – like a Brillo Pad on me, unfortunately.
For any individual desiring to regain and maintain health, the best recommendation – dating all the way back to The Bible itself – is to wear linen. The Biblical warning of wearing wool and linen together was also proven in scientific studies to be accurate: the energy of these two fabrics worn together (e.g., a wool sweater on top of a linen outfit) collapsed the electrical field. While the two textiles both measure 5,000 signature frequencies individually, when put together, they cancelled each other out, and – in some cases – brought measurable weakness and even pain to the human body.

re Deut 22:5 I have very sensitive skin, and have always been a modest dresser, liking looser fitting rather than skin tight… I have worn men’s shirts (mainly polo’s and flannelette) for many years… I dont like the women’s ranges, the fabrics cause reactions, the immodesty of necklines and the over-fittedness of garments are not what I would call torah styled. But I try to find the colours that are “feminine flattering”… and have had positive comments on some of my garments (they look better on me than on my boys…lol) Is this a violation? Im not trying to look like a man, just dress comfortably and appropriately.

Deut 22:5 comment: I was reading about syncrnistic practices some time ago and I was surprised to learn that there was a form of devotion to an androgynous deity where the women would put on the men’s armor and the men would wear the womens clothes and they would parade around in devotion to their He/She god. This made me think of Deut 22:5 as a possible interpretation for that verse.

My mother listens to you weekly on Saturday alongside her torah studies and I’m a bouncy one listening to you guys via my iPod whenever and wherever. I enjoy hearing your perspectives and have learned alot from your teachings/discussions.
I also want to say that you guys should speak very candidly. This statement is very much in regard to the sections of the torah portions on women. I have learned much on feminism and how women had no choices excreta. Hearing the truth behind the wide spread lies is spoken from you guys is eye opening in areas I had no ideas about and also confirming what I already suspected, so please continue to keep things awesomely funky, it is much appreciated ^_^

I actually think you are talking too much around Keith, and there is too much joking. You are teaching from Yehova’s word, and althoug we are to be glad because of being children of God, we also must remember that God is holy and he wants us to know his word so we may live by it. Be glad but not silly

Mixing wool (animal) & linen (plant) – are we looking too deep? My understanding is that today’s fibers are spun together at the thread level, as opposed to being mixed at the warp & weft level, of the times of Moses & the second Temple. At the weaving level, as Nehemia mentioned, wouldn’t the wool shrink differently than the linen, causing the garment to deform (like new fabric sewn upon old) or a donkey & ox plowing a circle or harvesting a crop of wheat in a vineyard?
Cross-pollination of apple varities or grape varities is not mixing different seed together & is done to enhance the fruit. Modern spun fabrics enhance the fit & tend to shrink evenly, because the warf & weft threads are the Same Kind (note: I’m no tailor).
Jono, it seems to me that DEU 25:11 can be related to DEU 23:1. In a struggle, we are not talking of a gentle grasp & verbal threat; she loses her hand if he loses his ability…
