hi dev…since you are ‘juicing’ (i have the jack lalanne juicer)…wht about fiber?…in the vitamix it makes sense…the fiber is emulsified and thus taken into the body. but my juicer has all ths fiber removed…make soup or something…still no fiber. just a thought maybe you’re juicing with something else?
Hi Ellen, of course while juicing there is no fiber. The interesting thing for me is that I haven’t needed it! It has caused the effect of high fiber without needing it!! Of course too, juicing is only for a short or specified time period. Even adding juice to a daily diet would still mean, or should mean one is taking in high fiber.

I recommend DrCellTox.com- Gary Tunsky naturopathic nutritionist 21 day detox so your body doesn’t get depleted of essential nutrients while detoxing. He has an excellent program and a ‘to live for’ recipe (not sure if it’s his) for the pulp- Crackers; 4 cups pulp 1/2 cup flax seed, 2 cups Nutritional Yeast, 1 cup water, 2 tablespoons Himalayan pink salt (over 50 nutrients), seasoning 1-3 tablespoons (basil, oregano, lemon peel, italian seasonings, sesame seeds or onions). Put in mixer and mix well without nutritional yeast, add more water if needed. Move mixture to a bowl and mix in the nutritional yeast which acts like a binder and thickens more. Spread on food dehydrator sheets at 115 degrees about 12-18 hours. Store in air tight container.
Also, a naturopath or homeopath doctor might have a remedy to help the itching go away faster or relief for your sister. There are many online remedies and they would know which is better for her condition.

Thank you. I wanted to try the cabbage & carrots in salt water so that has been brining for about 3 weeks now in a cool pantry. I just got the nerve to taste it and it is really good but I am nervous that I will poison myself… lol… How can I tell if it is gone “bad” & do I put it in refrigerator now or should it have gone in frig to set up? There’s so many voices/methods on the web and youtube. Thank you again for the wonderful education you are providing.

…cont….Oh yes, I meant to mention about “Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead”. I watched this about 8-9 mths ago and was very encouraged to start cutting the bad habits out and add the good habits, ie, green smoothies w/my Vitamix as well as juicing, more raw veggies/fruit. Very glad to hear your discussion on the show about the movie. Hubby watched it also and for a good month now has been adding the green smoothies and cutting out the refined sugar & flour. Thanks again for great shows and encouragement to help “sanctify” our eating to worship YHVH with all our heart, mind, soul & strength.
