Every Covenant ever made by YHVH is still in force and will always be. The misinterpretation of the Book of Hebrews by the Christian interpreters stating that the “Old Covenant” given to Moshe has been done away with is heresy. The priesthood was changed, not the Covenant. So, you are correct. They exist parallel. Not only two, but all of them.
We still have the rainbow in the sky.
Our English word worship carries a meaning that is not there in the Hebrew “shaw-khaw’”, which simply means to bow down. It is not praying, singing, holding hands in the air and swaying back and forth, playing religious music, or going to a building on a particular day of the week. It is showing due honor by bowing yourself down.
It is permissible, even required at times, to bow down to human kings (many examples in scripture). There is nothing wrong with this under the right circumstances. This is why it is also permissible or even required for angles to bow down to Y’shua, because he sits at the Father’s right hand. He deserves this honor.
It is permissible to give honor to those who deserve it, but it is never permissible to give the Father’s honor to another, including Y’shua. The commandment does not forbid bowing to a king, but it does forbid bowing to an idol.
שׁחה/shawkhaw/H7812 means bow down…our concept of “worship” is twisted. Punch H7812 into your electronic concordance and see for yourself…in every occurrence you can put “bow down”.
Sorry this may sound very off topic, but it is in support of my brother Peka’s comment. We do “worship” Y’shua because we will bow to him as we come before him on his throne. This honor we show him is only to the glory and honor of the Father who placed him there. As Peka said…Y’shua always turned the attention to the Father. When “worshipers” bowed to God ordained kings in the past they were also bringing honor to the one (YHVH) who put that king in power. When we bow to Y’shua, we bring honor to YHVH who put him in that position.

“The teaching of God’s Name will not trump the mission of the television station.”

Now how strange would this seem if someone said this to you. “Hi, I’m not a believer in your faith, nor do I support or accept your Messiah who says he’s the way the truth and the life, and no one can come to the Father but by him, however… I have this manuscript that if you don’t know about, your faith is missing out… oh… and by the way, I’m not led by the Spirit either, as that guy Peter said that he is only given to those who obey the Father… but don’t mind that… listen to me… I’ve got eartly carnal wisdom and you can buy it for a small price… ”
Really gang. Nehemiah doesn’t have Yeshua. That means he doesn’t have the Father. Umm… Do you think Yahweh is using someone right now, who is rejecting His son, and therefore rejecting him to “unload” a new truth on messianics? Wow. Really? Let’s get it together here. This is the same thing Paul ran into when certain Jews got upset that he was “converted”. And this mentality rises again, whom Yeshua addresses directly in Rev… they say they are “jews”, but you need to see what synagogue they are really of. Not the Fathers! But really, as Paul said, a Jew is one inwardly… we need to start taking the word of God that we know to be true and watch out for all these itching ears teachers. Just because Nehemiah found a whole new crowd to sell to, doesn’t mean we have to buy it.
Aaron, please refrain from using antagonistic and accusatory language in your comments. I am happy for you to state what you believe but I will not publish this kind of schoolyard banter again nor will I allow links, such as the one I removed, that contain similar emotive and impulsive finger pointing.
Hi Jono. Does brood of vipers work? I somehow remember Yeshua and Yochanana being “antagonistic” towards those who don’t have the Father and are presenting another good news and are not accepting Him. Does your bible read differently for some reason? Do you not feel a need to protect people from heretical teaching? Do you think someone who doesn’t accept Yeshua is somehow sent from Him?
Or is this because you are selling his book?
Here is Nehemiah’s own words that say he doesn’t accept Yeshua (who has come and died for sin 2000 years ago) as the Messiah. — I hope you don’t find Nehemiah’s own words antagonistic against himself…
“Let me start with my views on Jesus of Nazareth, or as he was known 2000 years ago, “Yeshua”. Over the past few years I have gained a great respect for his teachings, but I have not embraced the Christian faith nor have I become a “Messianic Jew.” I clearly state this in all of my presentations in order to avoid any possible confusion. I am, as I have been for over twenty years, a Karaite Jew, which means I believe the Tanakh (“Old Testament”) to be the perfect word of God. As a Karaite Jew, I await the coming of an anointed King (in Hebrew: “Messiah”) who will be a direct descendant of King David. I have no idea what his name will be and therefore I do not rule out the possibility that his name will be “Yeshua”. Many Jews, and Karaites in particular, may vehemently disagree with me on this last point. All I can say is that when the anointed descendant of David reigns as a flesh and blood king over Israel, as promised in the Scriptures, we will all know his name as an accomplished fact.” N.G.
So the question then, Jono, if there is someone who does not accept Yeshua as Mashiyach, why are you ok with promoting his teachings? Nehemiah is saying that there was a Yeshua, 2000 years ago, although he wasn’t the Messiah…(The fact that he was Torah observant isn’t nearly as important as the fact that Nehemiah denies him!) Hmmmm…. So… would you say it’s “another good news”… or you’re fine with people who don’t believe in Yeshua as Mashiyach weighing in on His own Words?… If protecting sheep, in your eyes, is antagonistic and “school yardish”, and you actually believe that, it is no surprise to me that the state of the “church” is the way it is, as our leaders are allowing all manner of teaching to sweep through going unchecked.
Please. Show me one place in the NT where Yeshua is ok with someone NOT believing in Him and being sent from Him. As we have learned from Brad Scott, the “messenger” RNA is an exact copy of the DNA. Yeshua says in Luke 10:16 “Whoever rejects me, rejects Him who sent me.”
Nehemiah claims that he is honoring the “father”, yet by rejecting Yeshua as Mashiyach, he is rejecting the Father.
So… as he has not been sent by Yeshua with the good news… which is not good if Yeshua is not the Mashiyach who suffered and died for sins that we would know the Father and have life… then…. really… what is going on here?
Did not Paul, with bitter tears, warn of fierce wolves coming in and not sparing the flock. Nehemiah is bringing a leaven into the body… a leaven that says that Yeshua is NOT the messiah… The Messiah Nehemiah believes in has not come and is still to come… Are you ok with that? Would you be ok if your children believed that? The fact of an NT being written in Hebrew is the gloss put over the fact that Nehemiah has rejected Yeshua as Messiah. I don’t know another way to show that this isn’t right other than, perhaps, this…
John 5:23 He who does not honor the Son does NOT honor the Father who sent him.
And this… (a great one for “scholars” who reject Yeshua as Messiah as Nehemiah does.)
John 5:38 And His WORD does NOT dwell in you because you do NOT believe in him whom He sent. Search the scriptures, because in them you think you have that life that is eternal, and they testify concerning me. And you DO NOT DESIRE to come to me, that you may have that life that is eternal.
The time for wet-blanket Churchianity (even Messianity) is over. Our people are dying. That is not a metaphor. Will you not stand?

Aaron, I understand you are an AENT distributor, so I guess that is why you ASSume that the reason why I allow certain views to be voiced on T2U is so that I might benefit financially from book sales. Truth be known, often I will allow guests to voice opinions which are not my own. I do this for two reasons: 1/ I can be wrong; 2/I allow a range of views on the program because I respect my listeners ability to open the Word, evaluate the opinions and come to an informed conclusion that they own for themselves. It may surprise you that I promote my guests books free of charge. I have never received financial benefit from them for promoting their books. Actually, I will take the opportunity to say that the many hundreds if not thousands of hours poured into producing T2U has been entirely voluntary from the moment the radio ministry began. I have never sought to become a distributor of a book because I do not want to be motivated to bias in any way. But thanks for asking.
Aaron, perhaps we should make Nehemia wear a yellow badge, break him on the rack and burn him at the stake…that’ll make the Jews come to Christ! Or perhaps you should listen to a radio station that doesn’t upset you so much?
These 3 men are spiritual. They will accept anything that Yehowah tells them. This is very refreshing to hear. Thanks for this station!
I want to thank Nehemiah for being willing to spend time and energy to help us Messianics and Christians better understand the Bible. I believe that we are seeing the beginnings of this scripture fulfilled:
“Thus says the LORD of hosts: In those days ten men from the nations of every tongue shall take hold of the robe of a Jew, saying, ‘Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.’” Zechariah 8:23.
Interestingly, the Jerusalem council aimed to help what was then considered different sects of Judaism get along. The apostle Paul also spent a considerable amount of time trying to encourage believers in messiah and everybody else in the synagogues to get along, to respect one another and not to judge one another. Sadly, it seems we have yet to take those messages in.
Our family listens to Torah Pearls each week with relish. We look forward to it. Nehemiah’s talk on youtube about Pharasaism helped us on our journey to begin walking Torah and to escape the lie that it is all done away with. Your input has had a profound and lasting effect on our understanding of scripture. Please don’t be discouraged by all the “meanies’ posting here or elsewhere.
